The score reflects what recruiters and ATS software actually look for: keyword density, impact verbs, quantification, formatting, and structure. It's calibrated against 5,000+ recruiter-approved resumes, so a high score has strong correlation with interview callbacks — but it's guidance, not a guarantee.

PDF is the safest bet — our parser handles text-based PDFs up to 5MB and preserves layout fidelity. DOCX support is in beta. Avoid scanned/image-only PDFs; run them through an OCR tool first, otherwise we can only read the header.

Every upload is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never train AI models on your resume, never sell your data, and auto-purge files after 30 days. You can delete an analysis on demand from your profile.
